We marinate our beef for a minimum of 4 hours using traditional Korean ingredients and spices. "Tender" is a strong understatement to describe this deliciously aromatic dish. Served with steamed jasmine rice. Cucumber Kimchi salad (shown here) is a perfect pairing wit this meal and available as an add-on side.
